100× Objective Lens - Imaging at the Diffraction Limit (~100 nm Features)

The Mounted LEDs 100× oil-immersion objective delivers true diffraction-limited optical performance, achieving imaging capability down to approximately 100 nm feature scales. The lens is compatible with all commercial optical microscopes. A thread adapter might be needed.
With a 0.23 mm working distance, the objective combines high-NA performance with convenient clearance for a wide range of sample types, including reflective and nanostructured surfaces.
This has been experimentally verified by visualising the periodic groove structure of a Blu-ray disc in reflection mode(100 nm groove spacing, 200 nm track pitch) and by resolving 90 nm calcium carbonate nanoparticles (PlasmoChem GmbH) in transmission mode.

The objective operates with standard immersion oils (no proprietary medium required). Each lens is supplied with a Blu-ray reference sample and a set of 90 nm calcium carbonate nanoparticles to allow customers to reproduce and verify the lens’s performance.
Technical details:
1.Magnification: 100X
2. Numerical aperture: 1.25
3. Working distance: 0.23 mm

5. Thread: M25 (an adapter might be required for your microscope)
6. Parfocal distance: 60 mm
7.Wavelength range: VIS
8. Immersion medium: immersion oil
